About Salisbury Housing Authority

The Salisbury Housing Authority provides safe and decent rental housing for eligible low-income individuals/families. SHA is governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Mayor of Salisbury. SHA currently manages 545 apartments that are scattered throughout the city.

Our mission is to provide safe, affordable housing in good repair to low and moderate income families while encouraging self-sufficiency and promoting economic opportunities for residents.
